This Weekend: Lipizzaner Stallions, Seed Exchanges, and Job Fairs


Lifeguard Job Fair

If you think it would be cool to get paid to hang out at the pool all summer – or if you have a teen you’d like to see get paid all summer to hang out at a pool – tomorrow (Saturday) is the CABQ’s Lifeguard Job Fair at Highland Pool, 9 AM – 3 PM. Representatives for all 12 city pools will be available. No certifications required, but you must be at least 16.

CelebrateSeedNM

The first annual CelebrateSeedNM takes place Saturday at Old Town Plaza with seed distribution to the public, a community seed exchange, kid-friendly events, Native American ritual dancing. If you want to swap seeds, speak or exhibit, use this form to get started.

The World Famous Lipizzaner Stallions

You’ll have two chances, 2PM and 6PM, on Sunday to see this anniversary edition of the regal Lipizzaner Stallions with traditional and entertaining performances at the Santa Ana Star Center in Rio Rancho. $14.75-$33
