El Pinto: Serving up New Mexican Cuisine since 1962

Since 1962, El Pinto has been serving up New Mexican cuisine.  Nestled among the cottonwoods in northwest Albuquerque, the sprawling restaurant can now seat over 1200 guests and is a favorite spot for weddings, events, and celebrity sightings.  Our favorites include stuffed sopapillas smothered in red chile and the chicken adobada.  For dessert (if the complimentary sopapillas with honey didn’t fill you up), try the Levante, a delightful New Mexican twist to Tiramisu.
